We are not experts on pens, so rather than risk any damage, we do not attempt to open, fill, use, or clean any pens. Because of this, these must be sold ''as is''. They will most likely require ink or an ink cartridge inside for use. To judge the sizes the top pen pictured measures 5-1/8'' long. These pens appear to be in excellent condition. They will most likely need ink or a new in cartridge as mentioned above.
