These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1940s to the 1980s. They were probably sold from an old five and dime store, from a magic shop or from a novelty catalog. Included in this lot are the following unopened items: Magic Re-Lighting Candles (10 in the package)
Trick Fried Egg (rubber egg)
Trick Hot Dog (plastic hot dog)
Trick Auto or Hat Nail (looks like a nail with a thumb tack point)
Magic Disappearing Ink (liquid has no color anymore)
Fake Chocolates (4 rubber candies)
Bar Bug (insect in a plastic ice cube)
Bloody Razor Blade (plastic razor blade with slot for finger) All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the red candles package measures about 4-1/16'' x 5-3/4''. The items appear to be in excellent to mint unopened condition. Some of the old bags these are in are dusty as pictured. |
