| | | | The pictures show a top and bottom view of this Old Hamilton Chrome Art Deco Elephant Animal Cigarette Ash Tray. This ashtray is not dated, but it is old. Perhaps it could be dated with the numbers below. On the top there are two opposing standing elephant figures mounted. Their trunks would hold cigarettes, and maybe even cigars or pipes. We have had these ashtrays with birds before, but this is the first one with elephants that we have had available. Below the elephants are many rings and a curved edge all around. The bottom has cork to protect surfaces from scratching. It is marked on the bottom as follows: A HAMILTON PRODUCT N.Y.C.

386616 The ash tray measures about 4-1/2'' wide. We do not know if the ashtray was ever used or not. It has clean chrome all over. All of the white areas on the chrome are light reflections. It appears to be in near mint condition with a mark on the cork as pictured that was probably from either a manufacturers sticker or a price sticker. |
