The pictures show many views of this 1930s Kodak Bantam Special Art Deco Camera With Leather Case. This beautifully designed camera has an elegant black enameled aluminum body with chrome parts. It is shown inside and outside of its original velvet lined leather case. The camera is also shown opened and closed. The camera takes #828 film (not included). The inside the camera and on the lense are marked as follows: KODAK BANTAM SPECIAL MADE IN U.S.A. BY EASTMAN KODAK CO. ROCHESTER, N.Y. KODAK COMPUR RAPID NO. 19501 KODAK ANASTIGMAT EKTAR f:2 45 mm MADE IN U.S.A. BY EASTMAN KODAK CO. ROCHESTER, N.Y. To judge the sizes the camera in its case measures about 5-1/2'' wide. The camera appears to be well cared for and in excellent or better condition as pictured. Everything appears to work fine but we have not tried using the camera. Because of this, we can only go by appearance and must sell it as is. The velvet lined leather case has some nomal wear from use. two of the snaps have some green corrosion that could be cleaned. Inside the case there are several Cambridge, Massachusetts owner stickers that could be easily removed if desired. |
