The picture shows four views of this Old Checkerboard Pattern Yellow Ware Pottery Creamer Pitcher. There is the number ''1859'' on the bottom but we do not know if this is the date it was made or not. There are also three zeros on the bottom. It is old and may be considered a primative creamer pitcher. The pitcher is glazed in green on gold stoneware or pottery with a checkerboard pattern. It measures 2-7/8'' tall. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. There is age crazing inside with two hairline cracks in that crazing, but only on the inside.
