| The picture shows a view of the cover of this 1983 Nashua Angels Souvenir Baseball Program Book and the (4) Ticket Stubs in this lot. Not shown but included is a (4) page player list with pictures of the 1983 Nashua Angels. These items were saved from a May 14th, 1983 ballgame at the Holman Stadium in Nashua, New Hampshire. The game was between the Nashua Angels and the Reading Phillies. Since the score card inside is not filled in, it is unknown who won that game. The (44) page booklet is filled with information on the Nashua Angels and a lot of advertising. There are a lot of local ads and many from national sponsors such as Pepsi Cola, Pizza Hut, Carvel Ice Cream, Schwinn Bicycles, Schonlands Hot Dogs, Howard Johnsons Motor Lodge & Restaurant, Nissen Bakeries, Dunkin' Donuts, and many more. The tickets have consecutive numbers but one is missing from the middle. To judge the sizes the program book measures about 8-1/2'' x 11''. The booklet is in excellent condition with some cover wear and the ticket stubs appear to be in mint condition as pictured. |
