The pictures show a top and bottom view of this 1950s Painted Metal Tootsietoy United States Air Force F-86 Sabre Jet Toy Airplane. This toy plane is not dated but it is believed to be from the mid 1950s. It is not marked but it is believed to be from the Tootsietoy Company from Chicago, Illinois. It has the original light blue or turquoise paint. There is an ink stamped price of 20 cents on the wing. The top of the wings are marked with a star & stripes, and ''USAF''. There are black rubber wheels and a steel axle. The jet airplane measures 3-1/2'' long. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured.
