The picture below shows a larger view of all (30) 1960s Miniature Judge or Fraternal Toy Gavels in this lot. These miniature gavels may have been used in old gumball machines, as Cracker Jack prizes, prizes in crane and digger arcade game machines, as carnival prizes, and sold in five and dime stores. They are made of plastic in multiple colors including white, yellow, red, green, and blue. They are not marked. These would be great for use as party favors or for craft projects. They each measure about 2'' long. They all appear to be unused and in mint condition as pictured.
