On one side is an image of the Lowell, Mssachusetts City Hall Clock Tower Building. The other side has the City Seal with a rising sun, river front mill buildings, a B & L R.R. (Boston & Lowell Railroad) locomotive steam engine, tender and train car. It is marked on the two sides as follows: 150th ANNIVERSARY OF INCORPORATION
