The pictures below show larger views of the (8) 1976 Nabisco Sugar Daddy Candy Line Advertising Professional Black & White Photograph Negatives in this lot. The first image has all (8) negatives pictured, and the second image has a larger view of one of those negatives. These negatives were acquired with many professional Photographer negatives from a Boston, Massachusetts agency. They were taken in 1976. We do not know if these images have ever been published anywhere or not or who the two employees in the photo shoot are. Pictured on the negatives are two men with a variety of candy packages including: SUPER SUGAR DADDY … THE SUPER SURPRISE SUGAR DADDY JUNIORS SUGAR BABIES SUGAR DADDY NUGGETS PEANUTS NUT FUDGE CORTINA CHOCOLATE COVERED THIN MINTS The envelope is marked “Necco Display” (NECCO = New England Confectionery Company), but Sugar Daddy was owned by Nabisco in 1976. We are not sure what that was about. The negatives are in a glassine sleeve, which is in a company envelope that is marked as follows: 76- NO. 4320- NAME ORDER MILLER ARNOLD NECCO DISPLAY Each negative measures about 60mm, or 2-3/8'' wide. They appear to be in mint condition as pictured. |
