It is from prior to 1958 because Alaska and Hawaii as states are not listed on it. It most likely did not come in a cereal box. It was probably an in store premium or a distributor or grocer gift item. The ruler has (48) states with their capitals and a multiplication and division chart that goes up to 25 x10. It is also marked: KELLOGG'S – THE GREATEST NAME IN CEREALS The ruler measures about 12-3/8'' x 2''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
