The picture shows four views of this Old Waite Thresher Scenic Seacoast Sterling Silver Sewing Thimble. The thimble is not dated but it is believed to be from the early 1900s. Engraved around this thimble there is a bridge, seagulls, mountains, a sailboat or sailing ship, a lighthouse, a house waves, and some scroll designs. There is even a small area that could be engraved if desired. It is marked inside with a star and ''STERLING 10''. The thimble is a size 10 and it measures 3/4'' tall. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. The thimble has not been cleaned or polished and the bottom could easily be made round again. All of that will be left up to the buyer to decide.
