It is imprinted in blue and tan on an off white background. It pictures an old chain section and it is marked as follows: DIAMOND CHAINS
INDIANAPOLIS CHAIN & STAMPING CO. The back has a paper insert and it reads as follows: THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO.
