The picture shows a view of this Colorful Small Old World War I United States Army Soldier Pin Back Button. It is not dated but it is from the 1910s. It pictures a Soldier in uniform with his rifle and a blue sky background. The picture below is a very close view. The blue dot pattern is not as obvious on the actual pinback. There is a paper insert in the back. It is marked on the two sides as follows:
