The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Old Plastic Toy Wrist Band Radio or Gauge. This toy is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s. It is not a working gauge or radio. The needle just moves with the dial on the side. We are guessing that it might have been part of a Halloween costume or a toy costume set (space suit ? Dick Tracy?). On the back of the silver painted radio section and on the back of the black plastic band it is marked as follows:

To judge the sizes the band with the buckle measures about 8-3/8'' long. It appears to be in excellent used condition as pictured.
