| | | | The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Old Durham New Hampshire Engraved Metal Fire Chief Neck Tie Jewelry Bar. The tiebar is not dated but it is old. Carroll Nash was Durham, New Hampshire's first full time Fire Chief hired on March 2, 1936. It is unknown when he retired or left the fire department. The tiebar is made of an unknown gold colored metal. It has a five crossed fire horn emblem and it is engraved as follows: C. NASH
