It pictures three U.S. Navy Sailors in uniform. The one on the cover is at a ship's helm. The wheel is die cut and there is gold foil attached and showing through. He is smoking a pipe and there are signal flags behind him. Inside there are two Sailors walking on a pier with a battleship in the background.
