| | | | The picture shows two views of each of the (4) Old Noma Nursery Rhyme Christmas Tree Light Covers in this lot. They are each marked ''NOMA''. They are not dated but are believed to be from the 1930s. They are made of an early plastic like bakelite and are covered in colorful water decals. The green cover has two scenes with Humpty Dumpty and the King's men. The white cover has two scenes with Red Riding Hood and the Wolf. The pink cover has the Cat & the Fiddle and the Cow jumping over the Moon as well as the Old Lady that lived in a shoe with many of her children seen. The yellow cover has two scenes of Jack & Jill, going up the hill and coming down spilling their water. These each measure 1-13/16'' tall. The opening for the light is just over 1/2'' wide. Three appear to be in near mint condition as pictured. The Humpty Dumpty one, like Humpty has cracks. |
