In this early photograph there are four wonen and one man in front of a millinery store eating. In the background there are four more men in front of a cigar store. Between the two places there is a sign that can mostly be read. It is for a ''PHYSICIAN & SURGEON'' as well as ''C. H. PITTMAN INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE''. There is also a ''SODA'' sign on the sidewalk. The bottom right of the mat is marked ''ERNEST DORE'' and another few letters. The actual photo measures 6-1/2'' x 4-3/4''. The photo is in near mint condition and the edges of the mat have wear as pictured. |
