| | | | The picture shows a front and back view of RARE United States 1875 Seated Liberty Dime Brockage Error. There had been another dime stuck in the reverse die when this coin was minted. The stuck coin had to have flipped over before this one was struck because there is a full mirror image of a reverse on the reverse side of this dime. The reverse design is also rotated as can be pictured. This is a RARE early error coin. Now for the bad news. Someone had made a hole in it to use it as a pendant or charm. The very tiny hole does not detract much from this being a fabulous error. This coin was partially researched by the collector in the 1980's. I will be going by what is written on the coin holder. Also, because I am not a professional grader, and since conditions are subjective, I will not attempt to grade these coins. You will need to judge the condition by the clear obverse and reverse images of each coin. |
