There are two pictures showing views of this 1937 35mm Filmstrip Entitled "Jack Armstrong In Africa". I wish I could have shown the pictures better but I do not have a film scanner. Bright yellow paper was put behind the film to make it stand out more when it was scanned. The images are very clear when looking at the film itself. This film originally came with a viewer as an old radio premium offered by Jack Armstrong in 1937. There are duplicate images in the film because the viewer had two widows, one for each eye, giving the view a 3-D effect like Tru-Vue or Viewmaster viewers.

There is a total of (18) picture frames that are in two sections. The short section measures 3-3/8" long and it has the starting instructions, the number 8002, a title image frame, and another partial image frame. The longer film section measures 13-7/8" long and has (16) image frames, and has two more of the title frames. Each of the image frames have a caption at the bottom telling what the scene is about. The images are of African jungle scenes with Natives, cane or bamboo huts, skulls, elephants and more. The title frames are marked as follows:

NOVELVIEW PRESENTS
JACK ARMSTRONG IN AFRICA
"Our first sight of Native African Village near Matadi (Belgian Congo). Billy, Betty, and I took these pictures on our trip through Africa to find the Graveyard of Elephants. Best regards from your friends,
Jack Armstrong, Billy, Betty, and Uncle Jim"

It is amazing that this survived all these years. Besides being in two sections it is in excellent condition.
