| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old American Union Spanish-American War Veteran National Auxiliary Medal. The year that this was made or issued is unknown but it is old. It appears to be made of copper. The top section has some scroll work with the initials. There is a medal hanging by chains that has an image within a cross of a Sailor, Soldier, a woman and a Navy ship. It is marked on the front and back as follows: A.U.S.W.V.
