The picture below shows several larger views of this Old Cream Top Advertising Premium Metal Ladle or Scoop Spoon. The spoon is shaped like a small ladle with a hooked handle. There ois also a point on the handle to open a cardboard milk cap on a milk bottle. It was used to scoop cream from the top of a milk bottle for use. It is marked on the handle as follows:

The Cream Top advertising premium spoon measures about 3-3/4'' tall. It appears to be in very good or excellent condition as pictured.
