The picture shows a close view of both sides of this Old Religious Medallion. It is difficult to read from the scan and I believe it may be in Latin. If anyone would like to kindly translate this item please e-mail it to me I will add it to the description. I will type here what it says. On the front it reads: GVLIELMVS ARCHIEPISCOPVS BOSTONIENSIS MCMVIII The back side reads: ANNO CENTESIMO DIOECESEOS FELICITER PERACTO VIGOR IN ARDVIS From the wording it may be a medal of an Arch Bishop of Boston, Massachusetts, but I am not sure. I am not sure of type of metal the medal is made. It measures 1" across and it appears to be in excellent condition. |
