The picture shows views of this Old Boxed Collegeville Halloween Monster Costume. It is shown inside and outside of the window box. It is not dated but it is from the 1950s or early 1960s. It was made by Collegeville Flag & Mfg. Co. of Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The costume is a one piece imprinted flame retarded rayon cloth. The costume has a monster with a spider web and spiders. The box does mention a mask but there wasn't one inside. The box pictures a clown and a ballarina dancer. The window is in the shape of a Jack-O-Lantern. The box is marked as follows:

COLLEGEVILLE COSTUMES
FLAME RETARDED
MONSTER
12-J LARGE (12-14)
''VELVET TOUCH'' DECORATIONS

To judge the size the box measures 8-1/2'' x 11-1/8'' x 2-1/4''. The costume is in excellent condition. It is wrinkled from storage and could use a pressing. The box is excellent with a few creases from handling and storage.
