It is not marked as such, but this heavy weight may be made of leaded crystal glass. It looks like a chunk of clear ice. It is etched in the bottom with an Olympic shield with rings, the Olympic torch, and a wreath. The year that this was given to Committee members is unknown, as is the year that it was made. It is marked as follows: UNITED STATES OLYMPIC COMMITTEE From its widest points, the paperweight measures about 4-1/4'' x 1-3/4''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
