The pictures below show larger views of the pages of this ©1919 Children's Birdland Nature Study Book with Bird Heads. This book was patented July 23, 1910 and July 23, 1912. It was ©1914 by K. E. Garman. The book was published by Ideal Book Builders of Chicago, Illinois. The directions or instructions are on the first page. There is also an envelope which holds all of the bird heads so that they don't fall out and get lost. Basically a child matched up the bird head with their body on the pages. The pages are as thick as the covers. The book cover is marked as follows: BIRDLAND THE NATURE STUDY BOOK PATENTED JULY 23, 1912 PATENTED SEPT. 15, 1914.
