We are not sure if that is the month and year that it was made or not. The bottle is made of clear glass. It has a screw on plastic golf ball for a cap. The bottle has no alcohol inside. The previous collector or owner had filled it with what appears to be white salt or sugar. The paper labels are marked as follows: GEORGE DICKEL
