| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back views of this Large Early School Graduation Class Photograph. The first image show the entire piece with the photograph and the matt that it is mounted on. The second image shows only the photograph. The their image show the back of the entire mat. In the photo there are (22) young ladies, and (13) young men. The photograph is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s. The students are seen in antique Victorian clothing. The ladies are wearing dresses, and many of them are wearing either a collar pin or brooch, a locket pendant necklace or other pins. The young men are in suits with neck ties or bowties, and some of them have a pin on their suit as well. Unfortunately we do not know much about this photograph. The year, the school, the city, state, Photographer, and student names are all unknown. The entire photograph with matt measures about 17-1/16'' x 14-1/16'', and the photo alone measures about 11-9/16'' x 8-1/2''. The photograph is clear and appears to be in excellent or better condition. The matt has over all age discoloring, and spotting as pictured. |
