The top or front has an embossed eagle and it reads “PENNY BANK”. The back side has an embossed wreath and a coin slot. The bank is believed to be made by the Tyler Can Company. Other similar small Cracker Jack coin banks like this one have images of an airplane, a Native American Indian, an eagle, and different wreaths on them. The bank is made of two tin halves. The tin penny bank measures about 1-1/2'' wide. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. |
