The picture shows a view of all (3) Different Old ''V'' for Victory War Homefront Jewelry Items in this lot. It is unknown if these are from World War I, World War II, or both. From left to right there is a pin, a stud lapel button, and a clip on. The first one appears to be made of brass with an insert for the ''V''. It has a good pin on the back. The second one is believed to be made of lead or pot metal with a gold finish. It has the letter ''V'' and its dot, dot, dot, dash ''..._'' morse code. The dots are made up of red, white, and blue stones. The third one is made up of coated wire. On the front is red, white, and blue wire and on the back is a fold over clip made of silver and gold colored wire with a clear coating. To judge the sizes the first one (pin) measures 11/16'' x 11/16''. These appear to be in excellent or better condition. |
