The picture shows a view of this Old Unopened Novelty Toy Blow Pipe & Ball. This toy is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s. It was most likely sold in the toy department of an old five and dime store. The plastic pipe is made of yellow, red and green parts and the hollow plastic ball is blue. You would blow in the pipe to make the ball hover and spin over it. The plastic bag package has a printed header card (both sides) that picture a young girl and boy playing with the toy. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

PLASTIC TOYS
BLOW PIPE & BALL
MADE IN HONG KONG
10c

To judge the sizes the header card measures 3'' x 2''. It appears to be in mint unopened condition as pictured.
