Hanging from it is a bronze or brass medal. The medal has two images. One appears to be a headless angel and the other is a paperboy running with newspapers. BALFOUR It is unknown what grade this medal was for. The medal with the ribbon measures 3-1/4'' tall. It appears to be in good condition. There is some spotting on the ribbon and a few small spots on the back of the medal as pictured. |
