This ad has three boys pictured eating the cereal, a three carton package of Kix cereal and a bowl of the cereal as well. This war time advertisement has a small image of Uncle Sam with a silhouette of a family. The magazine that it came from is unknown. The ad measures about 9-7/8'' x 12-3/4''. It appears to be in excellent condition with some age discoloration and some wear on the right side edge as pictured. This ©1943 General Mills Kix Cereal advertisement was professionally photographed and was chosen to be featured in full color on page #60 of the ©2011 ''The Great American Cereal Book'' by Marty Gitlin and Topher Ellis.
