| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (12) 1970 – 1971 Waccabuc Country Club New York Swimming Event Award Ribbons in this lot. These carded ribbons were all won by the same young man (Craig Brigham) when he was around 10 to 12 years old in the years 1970 and 1971. The cards are dated, have his name, and the swimming race or event that they are from. There are (2) First place (blue), (8) Second place (red), and (2) Third place (white) ribbons. At the top of each is an image of a swimmer about to dive. They are each marked as follows: WACCABUC COUNTRY CLUB Most of the backing cards measure 3'' x 7-1/2''. The ribbons appear to be in excellent condition. The cards have writing, various thumb tack holes, and age discoloration as pictured. |
