It was manufactured by The Whitehead & Hoag Company. It has a jolly image of a Santa Claus head with holly leaves and berries on one side and a Christmas tree with candles and ornaments and holly leaves and berries on the other. It is marked on the two sides as follows: MERRY CHRISTMAS
