The Cracker Jack toy prize number for these was z-0303 and z-0304 and they were produced in the 1930s by Gensburg. This one is also called a Buzz Saw Spinner, or a Rainbow Spinner. One side has a colorful design. The other side pictures a 1930s Cracker Jack box and a child playing with the toy. This is a spinning toy that also makes noise as it spins. Many children used to play with these using a large coat button on a string. It is marked as follows: NOVELTY CRACKER JACK
