She is made of plastic and is fully dressed including a plaid dress or skirt. It may be marked underneath but we don't know. The eyes, arms, and head move. This doll may have been a souvenir from someone's trip. She measures about 8'' tall and appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. Her dress will need to be pressed.
