This placemat had been acquired from an Artist that worked on the production artwork to produce them. This was the press proof that were inspected before all of the others were printed. The Artist had saved many of the proofs in portfolios. It had been laminated or encased in plastic. This placemat was produced for the National Black McDonald's Operators Association. Their logo is at the bottom right and in the center. There is an Ohio map outline, the Sun rising behind a Cleveland, Ohio skyline. and the McDonalds golden arches above Cleveland. The placemat is marked as follows: WE'RE CHANGING WITH CHANGE...
