The dog inside is made of some type of compressed and painted material. There is a hole to hold a cigarette. These special cigarettes automatically blow smoke rings. The unopened envelope that holds the dog figure and cigarettes reads as follows: SMOKING DOG

Insert filler - then light - and watch dog smoke by himself.
