| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Painted Cast Metal Telephone Salt & Pepper Shaker Set. The shakers are not dated but they are old. They are not marked and the maker is unknown. These are of an old or early style telephones where you cranked the handle to reach an operator to connect your call. The pepper shaker is painted black and it has a few flowers painted on the front and on top. The salt shaker is painted white. The both have some scrollwork around the bottom area. These shakers have cork stoppers in the bottom and three holes at the top of each. They measure 1-3/8'' x 2'' x 1-1/16''. The pepper shaker is in excellent condition. The salt shaker is in good condition with flaking paint as pictured. These could easily be repainted if desired. |
