The brass metal fob or charm is in the shape of a miniature valve and it has a handle that spins. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

Not counting the charm loop at the top, it measures about 5/8'' x 1-1/8'' x 1/2''. It appears to be in excellent condition with a little wear on the green paint of the handle as pictured.
