It has advertising for Chivas Regal 12 year old whisky and instructions for two ways to use the keyring. This is a 24 karat gold plated ''Secur-a-Key'' keyring. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

To judge the sizes the key ring measures 2-7/16'' tall. It is in mint unused condition as pictured.
