There were many different ones made. All of them have a message at the top when the figure is pushed down. This one has an image of Comedian Actor Oliver Hardy with black painted legs and feet. It is marked on the top as follows: THINK THIN! There is some paper loss on the sticker on the bottom of the feet, but it reads as follows: © PRIDE CREATIONS, INC.
