| | | | The pictures show views of this Colorful Old Unused & Boxed Big Eyed Girl Contract Bridge Card Game Score Book. The first picture shows the cover of the book. The second picture shows the thick score pad inside and the attached gold pencil, and the third picture shows the inside cover with the ''Contract Bridge Scoring Rules''. This boxed book was put out by American Greetings (greeting cards) and printed in Japan. It is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s or early 1970s. There is no signature and the big eyed girl Artist is unknown. It was made when many Artists like Gig, Keane, Eden, Maio, Alvaro, Bollini, and many others were doing these big eyed or sad children and animal art works. The girl has her cat on a leash. The box top is silver with an embossed pattern and the box bottom is bright orange like the book. To judge the sizes, the book measures 4-1/4'' x 6-5/8'' x 1/2''. It is in mint unused condition as pictured. The metal erasure band on the gold pencil has a little tarnish and an original price is written on a bottom corner of the box. |
