It does have a cloth tag inside the top (see picture #2 below). This draw string bag may have been made for use as a laundry bag, to hold a sleeping bag, or any number of other purposes. It has colorful images of Raggedy Ann & Andy Character Dolls as well as many different colorful patterns. There is a white cord string inside the sewn top.
