| | | | The pictures show a front and back view of this Old Painted Wood Ladies Hand Held Fan. The fan is not dated but it is old. It is marked ''MADE IN CUBA'' but the maker is unknown. The fan sticks or blades are made of wood. The center section is painted and it has painted flowers. The top section has painted flowers and a gold edge on cloth. There is a metal loop at the bottom with a dot pattern. The fan, including the metal loop, measures about 7-7/8'' long. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. If you look at the second picture below, three of the blades on the left and one on the right have a piece of the wood missing. The fan appears to have been made this way. It does not effect the painting on the other side. |
