Shown is the front and back covers and two random sample pages from inside. The book is Album No. 8 and it is dated ©1965 and the cards are dated ©1965 as well. The book is from Canada and is in both French and English. All (47) cards that are included are pasted in their appropriate location in the book. Only card #40 is missing from the book. This was an advertising premium book from Brooke Bond, Red Rose and Blue Ribbon Tea. Since the cards are pasted the print color of the backs are unknown. The cards and the pages have information about each North American Butterfly that is included. The book measures 7-1/4'' x 4-3/4'' and each card measures 1-7/16'' x 2-11/16''. The book and cards are in excellent used condition. There is a name penciled on the front cover and an old sticker on the front cover over the 25c price, and some spotting on the back cover as pictured. |
