It was made in Japan but the maker is unknown. Included here is the wallet, an instruction sheet, and a “Genuine Bogus Bill”, and another paper that is the size of the bill. The wallet has an arabic man and child and the bill has a cook or a chef. The wallet and the currency bill are marked as follows: MAGIC MONEY CHANGER 20
