The picture shows an inside and outside view of this 1960s Universal Monsters Frankenstein Valentine Greeting Card With Flicker Lips. This card is not dated but was found in a 1967 student scrap book. The front page has a die cut hole in which you see a pair of puckering flicker lips. Open the card and they are on an image of Frankenstein. The card is marked as follows:
